Ever since I was a little girl, three things have remained core to who I am.
→ My passion for art and storytelling.
→ My interest in meditation, mindset, and intention.
→ My desire to invent solutions that help lessen human suffering.

To say the least, I was a sensitive child with ambitious dreams.

My solution was to become a filmmaker and direct films that touched people, encouraged them to reflect on their own lives, and motivated them to make the necessary changes for a more fulfilled life. I would postpone my entrepreneurial ideas to the distant future. 

When you study filmmaking, you learn how your lens choice, wardrobe colors, and camera angles communicate subliminal messages. The choices you make alter the way the audience feels both emotionally and physiologically. I wanted to build a dream team of skilled creatives who incorporate healing into their own specialized field. We’d come together to produce powerful films that have a positive impact on people’s lives.

I started looking for like-minded creatives, but I didn’t know where to start… I felt overwhelmed. I knew there were ways of incorporating intention into art, but I didn’t know where to look. I heard of music therapy, color therapy, and light therapy, but I just didn’t know how to find the people who practiced those concepts.

I began researching art therapy and soon discovered just how many methods there are of incorporating intention into your craft, beyond just filmmaking. Whether through fashion, artwork, music, home decor, skincare, you name it… There are people using their unique gifts to help heal others.

When talented people come together, they can create a powerful positive impact. I made it my mission to find and elevate the voices of people who are doing just that. And that’s how Healers Edition came about.
